Paola Bittar

Paola Bittar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2020) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (2022) from the University of Geneva. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Law (2022) from the University of Geneva, during which her thesis on smart contracts was shortlisted for the Award for the Best Master’s Theses 2022. As part of her Master's program, she studied for two semesters at the University of Zurich.

Alongside her studies, Paola Bittar gained valuable practical experience, including with a trust company, a law firm in Zurich, and with the Criminal Court of Geneva.

Paola Bittar completed her legal traineeship at our firm from September 2022 to February 2024. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in December 2024 and has been working as an associate at our firm since May 2025.

Paola Bittar’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation.

Her main areas of practice are banking and finance law, business crime and international legal assistance. She acts in complex cases involving individuals, and companies.
