Lucile Cuccodoro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2020) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (2022) from the University of Geneva. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Law (magna cum laude - 2022) from the University of Fribourg. As part of her Master's degree, she studied in Ireland at the University College Dublin (2021).
In parallel to her studies, Lucile Cuccodoro completed several internships in law firms and worked as a paralegal with our firm (2019-2022). She co-founded a legal Blog affiliated to the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva, of which she was editor-in-chief (2019-2021) then consultant (2021-2022). Lucile Cuccodoro was also involved in the UCD Law Society during her stay abroad.
Lucile Cuccodoro was a Trainee Lawyer in our law firm from August 2022 to February 2024. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in June 2024 and has been an associate at our firm since September 2024.
Lucile Cuccodoro's practice focuses on cross-border civil and criminal litigation.
Her main areas of practice are asset recovery, business crime, cross-border litigation, international mutual assistance, dept collection and bankruptcies.
She handles complex multi-jurisdictional cases involving individuales, corporations, and sovereign entities.
