Raphaël Huggel holds a bachelor's degree in law (2016), a certificate of transnational law (2017), a master's degree in general law (2018), as well as a certificate of specialization in legal practice (2019) from the University of Geneva.
Raphaël Huggel began his legal training with the Civil Division of the Superior Court (the “Court of Justice”) of the Canton of Geneva, before continuing with a local law firm. He was subsequently admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2022 and returned to the law firm where he had trained to practice as an attorney.
Raphaël Huggel's practice focuses on complex cases with international ramifications, particularly in the fields of civil, contractual and criminal law, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency law. In particular, he has worked on commercial cases before civil courts, as well as arbitration tribunals.
In parallel, Raphaël Huggel has also assisted companies facing the legal challenges related to international sanctions.
Raphaël Huggel joined Monfrini Bitton Klein as an associate in February 2025.
